Getting your paint to you
Order before 12pm Monday to Friday and we aim to dispatch your order the same working day.
All our standard deliveries are sent on a next-working-day service and delivery is free when you spend over £100. Delivery for orders below £100 is £6 per order.
Once your paint leaves our warehouse, we’ll email your tracking details so you can keep an eye on where it is.
A few things worth knowing
Delivery can take a little longer to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK Islands.
We don’t dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays, so orders placed then will get moving on the next working day.
We’ll always do our best to get your paint to you when expected. Very occasionally, things outside our control can slow a delivery down, which means we can’t guarantee a particular delivery date.

For the Scottish Highlands, delivery is available, but a small charge applies due to courier surcharges for remote areas. Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands usually take 2–3 working days, although this can vary depending on the exact location.
As with all deliveries, we’ll do everything we can to meet the estimated timeframe, but delays outside our control can occasionally occur.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you with tracking information.
Need your order quickly? Get in touch with our customer support team and we’ll be happy to check stock availability and give you the best possible delivery estimate.
If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to help.
When your order arrives, please check it straight away. If anything has been damaged in transit, please take photos and contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll work quickly to put things right. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process damage claims reported after 14 days.

Returns
- We’ll send you an email confirmation once your returned item has arrived with us.
- We’ll inspect the item and process your refund.
- Your refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the return.
If you’ve ordered more paint than you need, you can return unopened items to us within 28 days.
To arrange a return, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following details:
- Your name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Order number
- Item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for returning
Once your return has been approved, we’ll send you a returns label to print. You can then drop the parcel off at your nearest drop-off point.
Please note:
- Items must be unopened and returned in their original condition
- Returns are sent at your own risk
- If the product is damaged when returned, a restocking fee may apply
- Return shipping costs will be deducted automatically from your refund
- For UK mainland orders, return shipping is £6 per box
- Return shipping costs for other locations may vary
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll issue your refund within 7 days.
